Welcome to Addrello . These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Addrello. By accessing or using Addrello, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use Addrello.
1. Subscription, Access & Account Deletion
1.1. Addrello is accessible only to users with an active subscription.
1.2. By subscribing, you agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information. Failure to do so may result in suspension or termination of your account.
1.3. Access to Addrello is non-transferable and limited to the account holder. Sharing login credentials is strictly prohibited.
1.4. You can, at any time, request complete deletion of your Addrello account. Account deletion will result in a permanent loss of all associated data, including projects, messages, files, and any content or settings tied to your account, and cannot be undone. 2. Data Storage
2.1. Addrello stores user data both locally on your device using IndexedDB technology and, in certain cases, on secure cloud databases.
2.2. Data stored in our databases is protected using industry-standard security protocols. However, no system can guarantee absolute security, and Addrello cannot be held liable for unauthorized access, breaches, or loss of data resulting from circumstances beyond our control.
2.3. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device, including safeguarding access credentials, and ensuring your browser or application is up-to-date to mitigate vulnerabilities.
2.4. By using Addrello, you acknowledge and agree that while we take reasonable measures to secure your data, Addrello disclaims liability for any data loss or unauthorized access caused by third-party actions, unforeseen technical issues, or user negligence.
2.5. You understand that uninstalling Addrello, clearing your browser’s cache, or failing to maintain access credentials may result in permanent loss of data stored locally or on our servers.
3. Use of Open-Source Software
3.1. Addrello incorporates open-source software, including but not limited to Excalidraw and Blocknote. These components are used in compliance with their respective licenses.
3.2. You acknowledge and agree that b is not liable for any issues, bugs, or vulnerabilities arising from the use of these open-source components.
4. User Responsibilities
4.1. You agree to use Addrello for lawful purposes only and not to engage in any activity that may disrupt Addrello or harm other users.
4.2. You are prohibited from reverse-engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract the source code of Addrello or its components.
4.3. You must not upload or input any content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.
5. Limitation of Liability
5.1. Addrello is provided on an "as-is" basis without any warranties, express or implied.
5.2. Addrello, its owners, and affiliates are not liable for:
Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use Addrello.
Loss of data, including data stored locally.
Security breaches due to user negligence or third-party attacks.
5.3. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your subscription during the 12 months preceding the incident.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1. All intellectual property rights in Addrello, excluding open-source components, are owned by Addrello.
6.2. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any part of Addrello without prior written permission.
7. Termination
7.1. We reserve the right to terminate your access to Addrello for any breach of these Terms.
7.2. Upon termination, you will lose access to Addrello, and no refunds will be issued for any remaining subscription period.
8. Privacy and Data
8.1. Since Addrello stores data locally, we do not collect, process, or store your data on our servers.
8.2. For analytics purposes, we may collect anonymized usage data. This data will not include personally identifiable information or locally stored data.
9. Modifications to Addrello and Terms
9.1. We may update or modify Addrello and these Terms at any time. Substantial changes will be communicated to users through email or a notification in Addrello.
9.2. Continued use of Addrello after changes to the Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
10.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of Quebec.
10.2. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved through arbitration in Quebec, unless otherwise required by law.
